Orders and delivery
Deep Rooted Faith Co. uses your email, order information and payment status to process purchases, provide your digital guide and respond to support requests. Stripe processes payment details. Our site stores order and customer records in Lovable Cloud and sends delivery emails through Resend. Download files are hosted on Google Drive.
Microsoft Advertising
We use Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) to measure visits and confirmed purchases and support ad optimization. Microsoft can receive visited page addresses, referral and ad-click information, cookie identifiers, IP address, device/browser information, and the amount and currency paid. We do not send your email, name or other customer matching information to Microsoft through this integration.
In the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, and when your location cannot be established, Microsoft tracking is blocked until you accept advertising. Elsewhere it may operate without a banner unless you refuse or signal an applicable opt-out. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track for Microsoft tracking. Refusing does not affect purchasing or downloads.
Your choices and records
Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any public page to accept or reject Microsoft advertising or withdraw acceptance. The change applies immediately, including other open tabs. We store a visitor reference, region, your choice, its time and the notice version in your browser, retaining earlier choices as evidence when you withdraw. A reported purchase stores a reference to the applicable choice and region locally. Blocked purchases are not replayed later when you accept. Clearing browser storage removes these local records and may cause you to be asked again.
The advertising notice version microsoft-advertising-2026-10-18 covers Microsoft Advertising as recipient; page addresses, device/click information and purchase amount/currency; the purposes of visit/purchase measurement and improving ads; and equally available Accept advertising and Reject advertising choices.
Existing Meta measurement
Our site also uses Meta Pixel and Conversions API to report browsing, sign-ups, checkout starts and purchases for ad measurement and optimization. Existing reports may include cookie and ad-click identifiers, IP/device information, hashed customer details, and purchase information. Hashing is not anonymization. The Microsoft Cookie settings control described above does not change the existing Meta integration.
